Plateau People Democratic Party, Campaign Council’s coordinator for Persons Parsons coordinator Persons Living with Disability PLD, comrade Dangus God’s will has urged all it’s members to vote for Candidates of PDP during the forthcoming general elections in Plateau State and Nigeria.
Leader of the PLD made the call while delivering his remarks at the PDP Zonal Rallies flagup in Shendam LGA mini stadium.
Dangus debunked the allegations made by some of their members that PDP is not carrying them along.
He told the gathering “PDP is the most disability friendly government, it introduced so many things in our favor, scholarships, job opportunities consideration, but now, all the APC has for us is to share 4 4 wheel chairs to our members without any better means of livelihood”
We, the disabilities are soon embarking on Grassroot tour to sensitize our members on the reason why they should vote out APC.
“APC has failed to implement the PWD law, we have no business voting them again APC”
Jakadan Zaman TARE, Alhaji Samaila AA Rukuba, has rubished and called for the total condemnation of the aberrations “Muslim Muslim ticket ” saying “We still love Nigeria”
Rukuba who is the convener of “ZAMAN TARE” is a successful Businessman and a season politician in Plateau State and Nigeria, issued this in statement he personally signed said, “I join in the condemnation of the controversial Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)”.
He said: “The critical balance of the Nation requires a deliberate, sustainable and conscious management of the paradigms.
Such statements by the purchased imams Doesn’t have a place in the Muslim ummah”.
Alh. Samaila AA Rukuba equally ridiculed the APC’s Tinubu-Shettima joint Muslim-Muslim ticket, describing it as “insensitive to the present situation of the country”.
We in the Oposition are not lookin at the opportunities presented by such recklessness but are concerned with the pure security implications that would arise, and even those supporting them on political affiliation would not be spared,
“ If the Muslim Muslim Ticket, was a political necessity arising from whatever parameters, it must remain “political necessity “ but upgrading it to a religious hegemony, it must be rejected and rejected as an impulsive impunity that would drag us down the abyss”. Rukuba cautioned.
Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Plateau State, has Today, 2nd December, 2022 inaugurate over 700 people to serve in it’s Central Senatorial Zone Join Campaign Council for Atiku/Okowa & Mutfwang/ Piyo 2023.
The inaugurated Campaign Council have the task to mobilize support for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, including Senatorial, Federal House of Representatives, and States Assembly candidates of the Party.
The event took place in the home Locality of the State Campaign Council’s Director General, Chief Letep Dabang a.k.a Dodo, Pankshin LGA of amidst jubilation with different traditional dance exhibitions.
Delivering his remarks, DG campaigns cautioned Party Stalwarts not to make membership politiking as strict as signing of a certificate of Origin. “make it an all inclusive activity, every single vote of a none plateau native is very important” Letep stressed.
“We are strategic and practical in all our processes, because we determine and focus”
“That is why we are today, setting campaign Council for the zone which has all former political office holders From topmost to the smallest position including serving ones to be campaign team members of their various LGAs,wards,and the polling units”
“ The Massive turn out at this event today, marks the beginning of Mobilization ahead of our Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar the Wazirin Adamawa’s visit to Plateau State scheduled for 13th December, 2022″.
On his part, State chairman of the Party, Engr. Chris Hassan challenged the people of Plateau Central to ensure they deliver PDP in the forthcoming election.
He expressed dissatisfaction with the attitudes of party members who according to him, “derive pleasure in causing division amongst members”.
Hassan further directed all LGAs , Wards, and polling units to complete their inaugurations before 13th of December, 2022.
The Chairman said, “the Plateau pattern of Campaign Council has been adopted in more than 16 States in Nigeria now, Plateau is a pace setter that is why we can’t afford anything less than winning”
Deputy DG Central Zone, Chief Ephraim Usman described the Governorship Candidate Barr. Caleb Mutfwang as the most calm, humble, selfless, and developmentally committed personality who does not deserve to be failed in the Zone .
Inuaguarating the 715 members of the Central Zone Campaign Council, Zonal Chairman of the party, Hon. Jerry Satmak told members to deliver their polling units saying, “emphasis is on polling unit” .
Reps Engr. Solomon Maren, Gotom, Ziphion, spoke on behalf of all candidates of the party in Central Senatorial District all convassed support for the party at all levels.
Mutfwang on his Party was full of joy and gratitude to God as he sang praises over the news of how an instituted legal action against the party by a former assembly aspiration in Lantang was dismissed by the court.

As part of his efforts towards reconciliation in the party, a father of Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Da Jonah David Jang, has visited Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State in his porthacourt residence.
Da Jonah Jang who was a two term governor of Plateau State who left an unbeatable records of development across the 17 LGAs, was a senator and chairman Nigeria Governors’ Forum.
Abdulsalami, however, after the meeting, did not say why he was at the Villa or what he discussed with President Buhari.
Although details of their discussions with Wike are not yet made public, but source close to Jang revealed that, the visit is in connections with Jang’s personal idea of reconciliation and peace-building efforts among aggrieved members of the party towards winning 2023 general elections at all levels.
